Hello:

Support requests at Bebosoft.com has been increasing a lot in the recent months, and that's why we decided to open this public forum to offer tech support for all our software.

We expect that public answers to common problems can help other users find a solution for their problem with our software, and help us reduce our gap with support questions, and more importantly, to keep all our resources focused on development of new versions.

We've been busy with lots of emails to support and 90% of them are always the same subject and/or problem, due to a lack of software documentation, or common problems with hosting services, which requires typical workarounds.

Private support by email will still be available, but it will be restricted to customer only in the near future.
