Mediata Survey User's Guide

Is there an alternative User's Guide? Every time I attempt to access the Settings > Survey, I lose the connection. It would be tremendous if there were a PDF file.

Please try the HTTP method to update the database under Analysis > Database > Update > Type - Select HTTP and specify the URL to the survey.

I think I haven't been clear. It is the Mediata Survey User's Guide that keeps dropping out. That is, the Mediata Survey Help item from the Help menu.

Help Online and Online Tutorials are currently offline. They will be online after the release of MS 3.0

Soon. The user's guide is being revised/revamped to include the new features of MS3.0.
